Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will not be allowed to rebook until the fee is paid.
